Bina Somalia launches a training course titled :“Starting & Managing Agri-Business Firm”
focused on equipping participants with foundational knowledge and
practical skills essential for agribusiness development. The sessions
covered key areas including establishing an agribusiness by identifying
critical resources, inputs, and suitable locations; fundamentals of
production planning such as seeds, livestock breeds, water, soil, and
feed; strategies for enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs
for small-scale farms; and basic record-keeping and financial
management practices. We extend our sincere appreciation to Trainer
Yahye Abdullahi Isse for his expert facilitation and valuable insights,
which greatly enriched the learning experience of the participants.
