The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education, Dr. Abdul Qader Al-Mufaddal, met today, Monday, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Tripoli with the Director General of Capacity Building for Development, Mr. Mustafa Zli, and in the presence of the Administrative Director, Mr. Muhammad Al-Hajjaji, to discuss a step-by-step approach to supporting Libyan youth.
The meeting focused on the importance of research into the history of supporting entrepreneurship and large-scale projects through methods that begin with specialized training and culminate in new projects and their connection with financial institutions. The two parties also discussed ways to activate partnerships with intermediate technical institutes to qualify students and graduates, equip them with the necessary skills, foster innovation, and develop their own projects.
The aim is to contribute to transforming innovative ideas into sustainable development projects.
At the closing conference, the Undersecretary recommended the formation of a committee to draft cooperation agreements, monitor the implementation of key issues, ensure their practical application, and develop solutions that meet the needs of young people and support the national economy.
