Tripoli, April 29, 2026 – Mr. Francisco, Director of the International Cooperation Office at the Ministry, and Mr. Adel Al-Shuwayhdi, wife of Mr. Mustafa Zalli, Director General of the International Building for Social Development Program, visited the Higher Institute of Arts and Technology to discuss ongoing cooperation between diverse educational disciplines.

The visit included a tour of a department dedicated to joint collaborative programs that support students and develop their technical projects, thereby unlocking their innovative and creative potential in the fields of arts and technology.

The meeting also addressed key aspects of technological work and labor market demands, as well as supporting joint development initiatives through investment in young professionals, including effective integration between academics, technicians, and applied professionals.

Mr. ELSAGEZLI, Director General of the International Building for Social Development Program, affirmed his full support for education, emphasizing the goal of supporting and empowering young people to develop their skills and those of their ambitious children, thus contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of establishing and contributing to skills development. For his part, the Director of the Ministry’s International Cooperation Office, Al-Shuwayhdi, stated that this visit comes within the framework of the Ministry’s commitment to international cooperation and its diligent partnerships in developing the educational process. Al-Shuwayhdi added that opening channels of cooperation with development programs and supporting them will cultivate students’ capabilities and provide them with a clear incentive for creativity. He affirmed the office’s commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to aligning education with the needs of the labor market and promote collaborative development.
