Youth Minister Inaugurates BINA’S Incubator in Libya
The new BINA Business Incubator was officially inaugurated Monday, 17 October, 2022, in Tripoli by Fat-hallah Al-Zaniy, Minister of Youth, accompanied by the Director General of the BINA Program, Mr. Mustafa Elsagezli and the Director of the Youth Institutions Department. The inauguration ceremony was also attended by the entrepreneurial consultants and BINA’s SME’s/start-ups and entrepreneurship projects participating in the BINA Libya competitions that are funded by SPARK, the Islamic Development Bank and the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development.
During the ceremony Mr. Elsagezli presented a brief introduction about BINA and its role in supporting SMEs/start-ups to grow and sustain their businesses he also presented BINA’s curriculum, the application process, beginning from training the startups to eventually matching them up with investors and funding institutions.
The Minister of Youth applauded BINA’s role in empowering start-ups and SMEs especially the youth in Libya and encouraged youth to participate in Bina’s activities in developing strategies and action plans aimed at developing and strengthening youth entrepreneurship.
