BINA Business Incubator team led by its Director General Mr. Mustafa Elsagezli and BINA’s Manager Mr. Muhammed Yasin Elmadit had the pleasure to attend SPARK #IGNITE Conference in Amsterdam on 13th September, 2022 , and also to participate in a forum along with Mr. Sadettin Akyıl Director General of International Labor Force of the Ministry of Labor and Social Services and Mr. Ruud van Enk Senior Expert – Team Leader ‘Facility for Refugees in Turkey’ and IPA coordination – EU Commission, to discuss about empowering vulnerable people. In his speech Mr. Mustafa talked about BINA’s role of building the human and economic capacity through empowering immigrants, refugees, fragile communities in conflict affected societies.
He also emphasized the importance of supporting startups and SMEs as a way of promoting peace, stability in the conflict regions in addition to fighting radicalism. He also spoke about E-Bina the online platform developed to train, coach and incubate entrepreneurs in the region.
The event was attended by governmental officials and representatives of NGOs, businesses, decision-makers, universities, and financial establishments from around the world.
