As part of the Banking Expert Program, implemented by the Benaa Incubator, employees of the Libyan North Africa Bank visited Davut Paşa Yıldız Teknopark, a valuable opportunity to develop their skills in the field of financial technology (FinTech).
The visit began with an introduction to several leading companies in this field. Employees had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of a company developing banking applications for Ziraat Bank and Yapı Kredi. During this meeting, they learned how to use advanced analytical tools powered by artificial intelligence technologies, which enhance the effectiveness of digital banking services.
The visit also included a tour of the Startup House and YTU Innovation Hub, where participants were introduced to innovative business models and incubated startups, which have workspaces and workshops equipped with modern technologies to support the development of their projects.
The day concluded with an inspection tour to learn about Yıldız Teknik University’s experience in establishing and managing business incubators, and the vital role it plays in supporting the economy and enabling entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into successful projects.
This visit highlights the importance of technology and innovation in driving banking and financial development, and contributes to enhancing the capabilities of the employees of the Libyan North Africa Bank.
