The series of workshops, initiated by BINA Incubator in partnership with the Central Bank of Libya, commenced in Libya. The primary objective was to provide training for Libyan bankers, encompassing board members, directors, executives, and senior officials from diverse Libyan banks across different areas of Libya. These workshops aimed to deliver insights into international best practices and successful experiences pertaining to financing and managing portfolios of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Five workshops were successfully conducted in various parts of Libya, with a subsequent sixth workshop taking place in Istanbul, Turkey. The Istanbul sessions featured field trips to Albaraka Türk Katılım Bank and Kuveyt Turk Bank, offering participants firsthand exposure. Additionally, the workshops in Istanbul showcased presentations from accomplished startups that had graduated from the BINA Business Incubator program.
